Website Terms of Use

ClearPath Coordination LLC · Effective 17th August 2026

1 · Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes: learning about our services, booking a discovery call, and submitting the intake form on your own behalf or for a family member with their knowledge.

You agree not to: interfere with the Site's operation or security; scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data; submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authority; upload malicious code; or attempt to access non-public areas or systems.

You must be at least 18 to submit the intake form. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

You represent that all information submitted through the Site is accurate, current, and provided with appropriate authority. By submitting information, you grant ClearPath a limited right to use such information for scheduling, intake processing, responding to inquiries, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

2 · Mobile Software

ClearPath does not currently offer a mobile application. The Site is mobile-responsive and may be used through a mobile browser; standard carrier data rates apply. If you provide a mobile number, any future text-message program is governed by the SMS provisions of our Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms of Service, and requires your separate express opt-in. If we release a mobile application in the future, additional terms will apply.

3 · Privacy Policy

Our Website Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on the Site, how we use and disclose it, and your choices. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Note in particular: the Site is designed so that no health, medical, or benefits information is collected on it — please do not submit such information through the Site (see Section 14, Non-Secure Communications).

4 · Pricing, Charges and Payment Terms

  • The Site is free to use. Browsing, the intake form, and the discovery call carry no charge.
  • Service pricing shown on the Site is informational only and subject to change until you sign a Service Agreement. The prices, hours, add-ons, and terms in your signed Service Agreement and its invoices control.
  • Payment terms for engaged clients (billing platform, autopay authorization, invoicing schedule, late fees, and cancellation notice) are set out in the Service Agreement — not these Terms. No payment is collected through the Site itself; payments are processed through our billing platform's client portal.

5 · Access and Connectivity

You are responsible for the devices, browsers, internet access, and data plans needed to use the Site, and for any associated charges. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free, or that it is compatible with every device, browser, or operating system.

6 · Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice compliant with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) — identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and your physical or electronic signature — to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, ClearPath Coordination LLC, 971 US Highway 202N, Ste N, Branchburg, NJ 08876, hello@clearpathcoordination.com. We will respond to compliant notices, including removing or disabling access to material where appropriate, and may terminate repeat infringers.

7 · Third-Party Websites and Linked Websites

The Site links to third-party services and websites — including Calendly (scheduling), HoneyBook (client portal and payments), Zoom (video), and social profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices; links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. Your use of a linked service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

8 · Termination of Use; Discontinuation and Modification of the Website

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site itself.
  • Termination of Site access does not by itself affect an executed Service Agreement, which has its own termination and notice provisions.

ClearPath reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

9 · Additional Terms

Certain features carry additional terms that supplement these Terms: the Website Privacy Policy; the intake form's consent statement; the SMS Terms of Service (when text messaging is offered); early-access program terms shown at signup (including the founding-member discount conditions); and, for engaged clients, the Service Agreement. If an additional term conflicts with these Terms, the additional term controls for that feature.

10 · Modification of These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be indicated on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Site.

11 · Ownership; Proprietary Rights

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the ClearPath name and marks, page designs, the coordination-lane framework and descriptions, and underlying code — are owned by ClearPath Coordination LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted; you may not copy, republish, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names are the property of ClearPath or its licensors. Any goodwill arising from use of such marks inures solely to ClearPath.

12 · Materials on Site Not Professional Advice

Organizational and navigation support only. Content on the Site is provided for general information. ClearPath provides organizational, logistical, and navigation support — we do not provide medical advice, clinical services, legal advice or representation, financial or insurance advice, or benefits-eligibility determinations. Nothing on the Site creates a professional–patient or attorney–client relationship. Use of the Site, submission of an intake form, or participation in a discovery call does not create a healthcare-provider, fiduciary, attorney-client, patient, or other professional-services relationship. Always consult qualified professionals (physicians, attorneys, financial advisors, or the relevant government agency) for decisions in their domains. In an emergency, call 911.

13 · Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearPath Coordination LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, and unauthorized third-party submissions (including submitting another person's information without authority).

14 · Non-Secure Communications

While ClearPath employs reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, ordinary email, web forms, and text messaging may not be secure. The intake form intentionally collects contact and routing information only; sensitive details are gathered after engagement through secure, designated channels we will provide. Information you nonetheless choose to transmit through non-secure channels is sent at your own risk.

15 · Disclaimers; No Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE SITE ONLY; WARRANTIES AND OBLIGATIONS FOR PAID SERVICES ARE ADDRESSED IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENT.

16 · Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARPATH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. THIS SECTION ADDRESSES THE FREE WEBSITE ONLY; LIABILITY FOR PAID SERVICES IS ADDRESSED IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENT.

17 · Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved as follows: (a) informal resolution first — written notice to hello@clearpathcoordination.com and 30 days of good-faith discussion; then (b) binding individual arbitration administered under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seat in New Jersey, with a class-action and jury-trial waiver and a 30-day consumer opt-out right. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the state and federal courts of New Jersey. Governing law: New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim must be brought within one year of accrual.

18 · General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms in Section 9 are the entire agreement regarding Site use.
  • Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
