SMS Terms of Service
ClearPath Coordination LLC · Effective 17th August 2026
By affirmatively opting in to SMS messages from ClearPath Coordination LLC (“ClearPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you consent to receive non-marketing text messages concerning your coordination services, including appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and general coordination status updates, at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving ClearPath services.
You may revoke your consent and cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any ClearPath text message, or by contacting us using the information below. We may send one final text message confirming your opt-out. We will process opt-out requests as soon as reasonably practicable. To receive messages again, you must complete a new opt-in.
For assistance, reply HELP to any ClearPath text message or contact us at hello@clearpathcoordination.com. Replying HELP does not opt you out of messages.
Wireless carriers and other network providers are not liable for delayed, blocked, misdirected, or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your device, carrier, network availability, and other factors outside ClearPath’s control.
Message frequency varies based on your coordination needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Content and security of messages
ClearPath intends to limit text messages to general coordination logistics (such as dates, times, and general status). ClearPath does not intend to include diagnoses, provider names, medications, insurance or benefit-program details, or other sensitive health information in text messages. However, SMS is not a secure or encrypted communication method, and privacy cannot be guaranteed. Do not send sensitive health, financial, identification, or other confidential information by text. Contact ClearPath by an approved secure method for communications involving sensitive information.
No emergencies or time-sensitive requests
SMS messages are not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies, urgent medical needs, or time-sensitive requests. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service in an emergency.
Your mobile number
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. You must promptly notify ClearPath if the number is changed, reassigned, or no longer under your control.
Changes to the program
ClearPath may modify or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and will apply prospectively as permitted by law. Continued participation after a change does not replace any consent that applicable law requires ClearPath to obtain separately.
Privacy (SMS)
ClearPath may disclose mobile information to providers and subcontractors that process information on ClearPath’s behalf to operate, secure, or deliver the SMS program, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, and customer support vendors. Such parties may use the information only to perform services for ClearPath, subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions. Except for the limited operational and legally required disclosures described above, SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be disclosed to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
